Membership operations · In daily use

More room
for your mission.

Members and the organizations they belong to, online dues and renewals, events and tickets, a member area, a member directory, email, giving and reports, all in one place. FoundationOS takes care of the routine so a small team can focus on the mission.

Running the daily work of a statewide recycling association. New organizations are set up one at a time, each with its own private workspace.

THE DAILY WORK

One connected flow.
From joining to renewing.

Member records, payments, events, the member area, the directory and email share one set of records, so every task starts with the full picture and nothing is typed twice.

Live

Most members are organizations. FoundationOS starts there.

Each member business appears with every contact listed under it, its membership level, renewal date and standing. The dashboard shows who is current, who renews in the next 60 days and who has lapsed, and turns those lists into follow-up tasks.

  • Search and filter by organization, level or standing.
  • Private staff notes, tasks and an activity log of every change.
  • Board meetings, packets, approvals and action items.

Bring your current list as a spreadsheet. During setup it is mapped, grouped by organization and checked against your counts before you go live.

PLANNING A MOVE

What would a better
workday look like?

Choose what matters most to you, and get a short checklist to bring to a walkthrough. You don’t need to enter any member information.

This runs only in your browser. Nothing you tick is sent or saved.

What matters most

Your walkthrough checklist

  • Bring a spreadsheet export of your members, so the counts can be checked after setup.
  • Walk through a renewal from the dashboard to a follow-up task.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A few clear answers.

Can my organization use FoundationOS?

Yes. New organizations are set up one at a time, each with its own private workspace and staff sign-in. Request a walkthrough by email to start.

How do we move our member list over?

Export your current list as a spreadsheet. During setup it is mapped to FoundationOS, contacts are grouped under their organizations, and the counts are checked with you before you go live.

Does FoundationOS take dues payments?

Yes. Dues, invoices, event tickets and donations are paid by card or bank through your own Stripe account, so the money goes straight to you. Receipts are sent automatically, and payment exports are ready for QuickBooks. There is no live accounting sync yet.

What do members see?

A join page, a donation page, a public events calendar, an opt-in member directory and a member area where they renew, update their details and see receipts. Members sign in with a one-time email link, so there is no password to manage.

Will AI act on our behalf?

No. An optional writing assistant can suggest subject lines or tighten wording. People decide what is sent, and an administrator approves every email.

Does this site show any member information?

No. This page describes the product. Each organization’s records stay in its own private workspace.
